Contact Us

Email is how we work: [email protected]. HeheCorner is a one-person studio in Spain, so there is no phone line β€” but there is a real person reading every message, usually within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

How to reach us

Email: [email protected]

This is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us for anything at all β€” an order, a question before you buy, a problem, a bulk enquiry. It also gives both of us a written record, which matters when a name has to be spelled exactly right.

We do not operate a telephone line. One person cannot answer a phone and finish a print at the same time, so we put everything into answering email properly instead.

Social media: Facebook (facebook.com/profile.php?id=61578041200977), Instagram (instagram.com/hehecorner) and Pinterest (pinterest.com/HeheCorner). We read our messages there, but please do not send anything urgent or order-related by DM β€” platform inboxes hide things, and a lost message about a Saturday birthday is a genuine problem. Email it.

What to put in your message

A few details in the first email will usually save a whole day of back-and-forth:

  • Your order number, if you have one. It is in the subject line of your confirmation email.
  • The email address you ordered with, if it is different from the one you are writing from.
  • The exact spelling you want printed β€” written out in full, capitals and all, exactly as it should appear on the topper. Please do not describe it ("his name but with two Ns"); type it.
  • Photographs, if something has arrived wrong or damaged: the item, and the packaging it came in.
  • Your delivery country and, if it is time-sensitive, the date of the party.

We print exactly what you type, so please read any spelling twice before you send it. It is the one thing we cannot fix for you afterwards.

When we will reply

We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent on Friday evening or at the weekend are answered on Monday.

We are based in Spain, so we work to Spanish public holidays. During busy periods β€” December, and the run-up to Easter β€” replies can take a little longer, but nothing sits unanswered for more than a couple of working days.

If you have not heard from us in three working days, check your spam folder and then write again. It happens; we would rather have your message twice than not at all.

Anything about a topper already in production is handled first. If your subject line says "Change to order", it goes to the top of the pile.

Changing a personalisation before it is printed

Subject line: Change to order β€” [your order number]

Everything is made to order, so there is usually a window in which the wording, colour or delivery address can still be changed. Write as soon as you spot it, and give us your order number and the exact new text.

If the topper has not gone into production, we make the change and confirm it back to you in writing. Once printing has started, we cannot change it β€” and once the parcel has gone, we cannot recall it.

This is goodwill rather than a legal right. Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day right to change your mind from the moment the order is placed, so there is no cancellation window we are required to offer. We offer one anyway, we say yes far more often than not, and speed is everything here β€” but please do not order on the assumption that it will be there.

Something arrived wrong, damaged or faulty

Subject line: Problem with order β€” [your order number]

Send us your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging it came in. That is all we need in order to sort it.

We will remake and resend it, or refund you in full including the delivery you paid β€” whichever you would rather have. We will not ask you to post a broken topper back to Spain at your own expense.

This applies to personalised toppers too. The personalised-goods exception covers people changing their minds; it never covers our mistakes. If we misspelled something, or the print failed, that is ours to fix.

Please write as soon as you reasonably can, while the parcel and packaging are still to hand β€” but there is no deadline. Your statutory rights run for three years from delivery in Spain, with no notification deadline at all, and the equivalent EU guarantee applies wherever else in the Union you live. Nothing on this page shortens them.

Where is my parcel?

Subject line: Delivery question β€” [your order number]

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. Tracking often takes a day to start moving, and it can go quiet for two or three days while a parcel crosses a border β€” that is normal on longer journeys across Europe.

If tracking has not updated in five working days, or the estimate has passed by more than two working days, email us with your order number. We open the case with the carrier ourselves; you do not need to chase anyone. There is no deadline for telling us a parcel has not arrived β€” until it is delivered, it is our risk.

Full delivery details for Spain and the rest of the EU are on our Delivery & Returns page. If you are working to a party date and are not sure it will make it, ask us before you order β€” we will give you a straight answer.

Wholesale, bulk and event orders

Subject line: Bulk enquiry

We are happy to talk about multiples β€” a wedding, a corporate event, a shop that wants to stock us, or simply twenty of the same design for a school fair.

Tell us what you want, how many, the date you need them by, the wording or personalisation required, and where they are going. We will come back with an honest answer on whether it is possible and what the lead time would be.

Please give us plenty of notice. We are one person and a handful of printers, so a run of fifty is measured in weeks rather than days. Multiples of one design are far quicker than fifty different names.

We do not publish a wholesale price list; we quote each enquiry individually against the actual print time.

Press, collaborations and creators

Subject line: Press

We are glad to help with photographs, product details and background on how the toppers are made and why the sparkler holder exists.

Please tell us your publication, channel or account, what you are working on, and your deadline. We will send high-resolution images and answer questions about the studio and the process.

We do not have a PR agency, so you will be talking to the person who actually makes the things. That tends to make for a better interview anyway.

Creator and affiliate enquiries go to the same address. We read them all, and we answer the ones that look like a genuine fit.

Privacy, legal and formal notices

For anything about your personal data β€” a copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion request β€” email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line. We treat those as formal requests and reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.

For complaints, please write to us first at the same address, with your order number and what went wrong. We will always try to sort a problem out by email before it becomes anything more formal, and almost everything is fixable that way.

If we cannot resolve it between us, our Terms & Conditions explain the routes available to you: the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, through the Junta Arbitral de Consumo of your region) and, if you are buying from another country, the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net) in your own country, which handles cross-border purchases inside Europe free of charge. None of it costs you your right to go to court.

If you want to cancel a non-personalised order, the model withdrawal form is printed in full in our Terms & Conditions, ready to copy into an email β€” although a plain email saying you are cancelling is equally valid.

Formal legal notices should be addressed to Eniko Buhalova, Calle Travesera 39, 11315 Santa Margarita, San Roque (CΓ‘diz), tax number (NIF/CIF) Y8106276D, and copied to [email protected] so that we see them promptly.
